Lady's are really ready for a relationship
Sometimes I wonder if some of these lady’s are really ready for a relationship. Also a lot of these lady’s just don’t want to chat and at times when I leave a messages they don’t respond they just go back to just winks.

Thank you so much for creating and maintaining this site. I just finished an amazing five month relationship with a woman I met here and have a deep ongoing friendship with another. Being on here has also lead to some wonderful times with girls who already knew me before seeing me here.

It's okay
Of course the site needs a little updating, saying whether you’re into someone before you can even peek at their profile is an uncomfortable amount of pressure. Other than that it’s okay.

The app is very easy to use
The app is very easy to use. I was a Member for 1 yr and had plenty of inquiries throughout. I paused my account numerous times and had even cancelled but restarted my subscription. Each time was very easy and seamless. I FOUND SOMEONE!

It is worth it in the end!

Fast way to meet people
I think this is a fast way to meet people. However, I do not like the fact that people can see when you review their profile. I also do not like that you can see when someone comes on line.

Do not waste your money
They do not respect your parameters of what you put in regards to distance or children or education. In fact most of the people I have received have been outside of my parameters. I have contacted customer service several times with no luck of getting them to fix the problem even though they claim they have. I have also been notified three separate occasions a people I was talking to have been removed from the site due to threatening behavior. They refuse to acknowledge the problem with their website, and continue to send me people with no pictures and no profiles which tells me they signed on but never paid for a subscription, because they never answer if you write to them. Do not waste your money

Customer support were HORRID. Not helpful, not apologetic. I wish this company would close. I think they stock fake profiles with bots in order to keep people active on the site. Beware!!!

I too have been ripped off by the auto renewal which is not made clear, no reminder and price hiked up. I am currently taking legal advice and asking them to escalate the complaint. Also wondering if it is legal to provide a false telephone number on terms and conditions. SCAM

I would give zero if I could… absolutely useless, dont even waste your time. Gives you matches 500 miles away, no way of filtering who youre interested in, no option of searching for local people, every time you try to edit/update your profile it takes them forever to approve your changes… definitely not worth the money they asking for the service. I would even say that POF gives better options as at least you can set who is able to contact you and search for local matches
