Hidden day subscriptions 🙁 I think it’s terrible service that they advertise a 1 day boost as £2.99, when infact it renews and charges every day after until cancelled, didn’t find out till I got my bank statement, not fair on the user and puts me off using this site going forward. 🙁Clearly trying to fool people into an ongoing subscription. Very shady.

Badly ripped off
I wouldn’t give this dreadful website one star, but I don’t think I can give less than that. Do not touch. They are not speical and nor are the majority of the profiles. I joined as I read a poll for the best UK dating websites. Its comes out high. I cannot understand how. Whoever compiles those polls has got this very wrong. The cancellation process is dreadful. It’s all a trick and the only way they’ll get people to renew. There should be a law against what they do. Do not – I repeat do not use this website under any circumstance. You absolutely won’t find love and will just be badly, badly ripped off.

Do not subscribe
Subscription policy is intentionally misleading – they will take £209 every 6 months in advance without informing you or giving you the opportunity to cancel. Do not believe the Ts and Cs which state that there is a 14 day cooling off period – they claim that this is the initial purchase only. Do not subscribe or cancel IMMEDIATELY you subscribe for the fist time

TOTAL SCAM!
If I could give no stars I would. This garbage site is perhaps the worst site I have come across. The biggest issue are the fact that I could not find 1 real person despite the fact that I was searching in the major Canadian city where I lived. I aggressively sent out messages to the women and got many responses. The majority could not answer the question of what neighborhood they lived in. When you repeated the question they just continually responded by saying the city only. The ones that wanted to chat offsite were also scammers that wanted you to sign up for another site before you could meet. The entire experience was a total waste of time. TOTAL SCAM!

Can’t believe how bad and devious this site is. I was amazed at how fast I got a response. Loads of questions from pretty ladies wanting me to reply. Every time I replied money was flying out of my account! I was oblivious to how fast my money was flying out of my bank account! One of the few times I didn’t do my homework. This site appears to offer the ability to meet incredibly attractive women. They give you a bit of free chat then it quickly turns to pay to play. I quit my subscription and am still trying to get a refund, but it has suddenly turned to ‘crickets’. They tell you that all the women are free to chat with, except the popular ones. They are all popular.

I subscribed to know people but they just make you talk and talk with nonsense so you can buy coins all the time. My subscription said that I had unlimited chat but wasn’t true. And the “popular” dates keep nagging you so you answered them and so you can waist your money. I saved my coins for real people and couldn’t get to know each other more without expending more money. Don’t fall for this dating site . It is a scam. Registration fee was paid by me followed by no service.Their customer service doesn’t exist and no refund results. To determine, look at the profiles and almost all profiles are similar. A lot of bots, fake profiles, & scammers. I’ve never met a single real person on this app. You’ll get an alert every seconds, someone liked you but that person never viewed your profile before liking you. Then you keep wondering how’s that even possible. When someone sent me a message, I was like yes finally a real person, then someone else sent me the same exact message format, then I realized it was A.I randomly sending me messages from random users I check earlier.

Don’t waste your money! Terrible customer service or should I say impossible to reach customer service. This site is a scam. I probably get 8 scam messages a day. Same message with different photos. Most popular scam is “my friend saw you on this site. She’s in the military. She wants your email and phone #.” I’ve tried to contact customer service but have never been able to get anyone.

Total waste of money. People have fake profiles. They have sent me warnings they catch after the person has already contacted you. I took the time to answer all questions and they don’t use them any ways. I would say 80% of matches don’t have pictures or hardly a profile. Biggest con site ever run from this site.

It's a rip off.
I have belonged for two out of the six months I paid for, contacted a number of profiles by the site’s email system, and have only gotten three responses. The site says I have a lot of matches–162–but few are within the 50-mile radius I designated. Most are from out-of-state even though my other preferences are not overly restrictive. I have no interest in continuing any longer but refunds are not given. Thus, it’s a rip off.

I tried to get a refund. There was supposed to be a customer care contact form on the help page. Said refunds, no problem. Use form. After much searching online line I found an email address, not available on site, and was told it wasn’t possible after three days. Even though thy are not available on weekends! Another useless site that makes money out of people who are trying to find a partner. I signed up for this site and paid the subscription and then I downloaded the app but the subscription doesn’t show on the app. It took ages to find a contact form for a refund, what is the bet I don’t get a refund? Don’t bother with this site as I filled in my distance preference which was 50 miles of where I live and guess what, no matches – I am sick of being ripped off by these sites
